• Integration data — if you connect Google Sheets, Meta lead sheets, email/phone forms, or APIs, we process the data needed to sync and store those leads in your workspace.
• Usage and device data — basic logs such as IP address, browser type, device, and product usage needed for security, reliability, and support.
• Notifications — if you enable browser or push notifications, we store device tokens to deliver reminders and alerts you choose.

• Provide, operate, and improve LeadLix
• Authenticate users and manage workspace access
• Sync and store CRM records and connected integrations
• Send product notices, reminders, and support communications
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and keep the service secure
• Comply with legal obligations

• Service providers that help us host, store, authenticate, send notifications, or operate the product (for example cloud hosting and auth providers)

Workspace admins and authorized members can access CRM data within their organization according to roles and permissions you configure.

4. Data retention

We retain account and CRM data for as long as your workspace remains active or as needed to provide the service. You or your admin may delete records inside the product. We may keep limited logs for security and legal compliance.

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices

• Update profile and notification preferences in the product
• Ask your workspace admin to update or delete CRM records
• Contact us at contact@flyyourtech.com for privacy requests related to your account
• Disconnect integrations at any time from Integrations settings

7. Children’s privacy

LeadLix is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
