Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of LeadLix (https://mbbsguidance.vercel.app), provided by Fly Your Tech (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

LeadLix is a sales CRM and workspace tool for managing leads, customers, follow-ups, tasks, files, team access, and related integrations. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts and workspaces

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure
• You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace
• Workspace admins control invites, roles, permissions, and integrations for their organization
• You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement to use the service

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to access other customers’ data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, security, or infrastructure
• Upload malware or scrape the service in a way that harms performance
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

4. Your content

You retain ownership of CRM data and files you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and improve the service for your workspace. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to collect and process lead/customer data in your jurisdiction.

5. Integrations

Optional integrations (such as Google Sheets or Meta lead sheet sync) are provided as-is. You are responsible for configuring them correctly, complying with third-party terms, and reconciling synced data. We are not liable for outages or policy changes by third-party providers.

6. Intellectual property

LeadLix, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Fly Your Tech or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support is available via contact@flyyourtech.com or 7470391011.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fly Your Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim (or INR 0 if you use a free plan).

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends; we may delete workspace data after a reasonable period unless law requires retention.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
